My creations are a random series of controlled accidents. I use ink to create my art. I squirt, drip and draw then spray it with water and cover it with bits of wax paper, cellophane, or plastic wrap and then leave it to dry which could take up to a week. I repeat this sometimes up to 47 times. My experience and instincts guide me. Absolute control is impossible and I never know where the process will lead me. I paint because I enjoy the creative process which is full of surprises and is very rewarding when it comes together in a satisfying way.   .     .     .   Art  Gilbert
